Parents are an example for their children

All parents sometimes lose their patience. Always remember: Parents are an example for their children – in good as well as in bad situations.Try to keep your cool, when you discipline your children.

  • If you feel frustrated or angry, it’s better to leave the room for a moment, calm down and drink a glass of water.
  • Take three slow, deep breaths. The frustration disappears with each breath.
  • Act with love instead of yelling. When you are calm you can resolve conflicts rationally.
