After you have come from the grocery, separate your radishes from the greens. Wash the radishes and rinse them thoroughly with cold water. Then wrap them in a damp cloth, put them in a jar or bowl and store in the fridge. You can keep radishes longer for 5-6 days this way without losing their crunch and flavor. Before serving radishes, soak them in ice cold water to refresh.
If radishes start to lose some of their crunch, put enough water in the jar and put the radishes in it. Place them in refrigerator and they will become fresh as new.
