Clever shopping: Avoid buying items at eye level

Supermarkets do a lot of research to learn more about customers’ shopping habits and encourage you to buy more. When shopping, look at the items on the lower shelves, which are less convenient to reach. Items at eye level tend to be more expensive, because high-profit foods are always placed at eye level. Items¬†that appeal to children are positioned at the child’s eye level.
